Currently we are focused on studying the regulation enzymes that add or remove histone modifications (known as chromatin modifying enzymes) and linking this regulation to phenotype during an immune response. Our labs have experience in a number of diseases models and a working knowledge of the inflammatory signals that are present in these models.
