Biography

Anita received her B.S. in Chemistry and Biology (May 2010) from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, where she worked in the lab of David E. Benson.  While at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in the lab of Rebecca Y. Lai, she received a Ph.D. in Chemistry (May 2015).  She has been a post-doctoral fellow in the lab of Malini Raghavan since 2015.

Research Interests

Anita has an interest in a wide variety of research.  Her graduate dissertation focused on electrochemical biosensors and while in M. Raghavan's lab, Anita has been learning about biochemical techniques that can be used to assess the peptide repertoire of the human major histocompatibility complex.
